NUTRITION COUNSELING
Individual nutrition consultations are with a Registered Dietitian specializing in weight control and sound eating habits for a healthy lifestyle. We also offer small group nutrition counseling via our incredibly successful group weight loss programs. Whether you were referred by your physician or just want to improve your overall health, nutrition counseling can help you achieve your fitness goals.
GROUP EXERCISE
Forever Fit offers over 40 group exercise classes per week, providing variety and innovation for all fitness levels. Classes include: Toning, Cardio, Yoga, Boot Camp, Total Body Conditioning, Kickboxing, Barre, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Spinning and more! All classes are included with your membership, so you’ll never have to pay extra or sign up in advance for a Forever Fit class!
REBOOT & REJUVENATE YOGA
Now offering a weekly evening yoga class! Re-balance, refresh, and restore with this gentle flow practice. Rest your mind and body and wind down to a deep relaxation. Perfect for all levels! Class is held every Wednesday evening from 6pm-7pm!
SPINNING CLASSES
Spinning is an exciting, high-intensity indoor cycling workout that is non-impact and easy to follow. Spinning classes are offered seven days a week and are designed for all fitness levels. All Spinning classes are included with your membership, so you’ll never have to pay extra or sign up in advance for a Forever Fit Spinning class. Come in for the ride of your life!

A class designed for all fitness levels—but especially for our seniors!—to strengthen and stretch the entire body. Improve cardiovascular conditioning, look better and feel great! Also called “Light and Lively,” these classes are perfect for those looking to ease back into group exercise with low-impact aerobics, light strength training and some light yoga stretches.
